I'm a musician and creativity coach. I apply principles of music creation to help clients enhance their innate creativity for personal, career, or business needs.  As founder and president of Wilberg, LLC Music, a division of Wilberg, LLC, I compose music, write song lyrics, and collaborate with singers and musicians to produce original music for personal and commercial applications. My musical interests include pop, dance, jazz, and folk. All music is owned by Wilberg, LLC and all rights are unsigned. Content and rights are available, upon agreement, to license or re-record and distribute by other musicians, singers, composers, producers, and content managers.

American Family Insurance, an auto, home, umbrella, health, life, retirement, business, and commercial insurance company is headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin.  I directed a real estate department that designed, developed,  leased, moved people, and managed over four million square feet of real estate in 19 states including development, leasing, and land sales for over one million square feet of buildings in the 400 acre The American Center office park in Madison, Wisconsin. A key accountability was employee development, mentoring and coaching individuals, and co-facilitating training groups company wide.

They served banking and private clients in northern Illinois and southeastern Wisconsin.  As a licensed real estate appraiser, I specialized in residential, commercial, and industrial valuation and consultation. At Lakeview Company I supplied computer programming and consultation for corporate, environmental, design, and construction firms.

Kajima Construction Services, the construction division of Kajima International, a U.S.-based subsidiary of the multi-national Kajima Corporation served design, construction, and development clients. I was responsible for marketing and sales of design/build and general contract construction for national accounts. ​Inland Construction Company Chicago, Illinois Marketing Manager Inland Construction specialized in high-rise office buildings, retail stores and malls, corporate headquarters, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.  My responsibilities included marketing and sales of construction management services in the corporate, commercial, institutional, and developer markets.

Opus North, the Midwest division of Opus Corporation, a national real estate developer, supplied design/build construction and real estate development services.  I was responsible for marketing and sales of design/build, build-to-suit construction, and leasing of development projects in the Midwest territory.  Development work included leasing, sale of land, and disposition of building inventory.

Director of Corporate Business Development and Director of Community Planning
Perkins + Will, the multi-national architectural and engineering firm provided building design services. I directed marketing and sales for national and international clients with land planning for mass transit, office buildings, and commercial projects.  My responsibilities included feasibility studies and project management of planning and design studies for projects leading to building architectural and engineering design.

DeLeuw Cather & Company

Project Manager and Urban Planner
DeLeuw Cather, the engineering subsidiary of the international Parsons Corporation performed engineering design and construction supervision for highway, mass transit, and rail and airport projects world-wide.  I completed environmental impact studies as an urban planner and project manager for the firm’s design projects nationally and internationally. Wilberg & Associates Milwaukee, Wisconsin Principal Wilberg & Associates assisted municipal clients with applications for federal grant programs. I designed and developed Community Development Block Grant applications, housing assistance plans, urban renewal plan revisions, and performed special studies and real estate appraisals.

I was responsible for administration of a Neighborhood Development Program, an urban renewal area, and other physical, economic and human resource development programs. Meridian Township Haslett, Michigan Associate Planner My responsibilities included land use, transportation and utility studies as background for the preparation of a Master Plan and community-wide zoning ordinance.
